If you stop designing websites for too long, you stop being a designer. I had to get back to my roots.

Took awhile for MailChimp to recognize that my RSS feed was valid.
It says the feed is valid … Tried it a couple of times and did have it error once or twice.
After scheduling a post for 3am in WordPress & then having MailChimp check it at 4am, I received a successful email …
Needed to make a change to the feed. Only wanted an RSS feed that
was tagged with a particular name.
Used /tag/*what ever the unique tag is*/feed … Edited the MailChip feed and it updated without an issue.

Trying out Google Hangouts to screen share a presentation to only “Google for Work” users. I like that you can only share inside your org. or allow outside users. The base Hangouts also allow you to have good session control … It is weird though that another user can kick you out of a Hangout you started & you’re locked out until one of the participants invites you in.
Like the easy interface to place a video hangout, IM or phone call.
YouTube Live
“We’re do’n it live!” …
So, I tried YouTube Live today and it looks like it will be a good solution for a screencast project I’m working on.
After YouTube sent me two different texts (verify setting up a channel and one to check my account is in good standing to start broadcasting) I was able to live broadcast a browser tab via Google Hangouts.
You can create an “event” & start broadcasting right away.
Some links I’m going to checkout going forward …
Trying out adding a post without a title from the wordpress.com home page.
